  • No refunds will be issued for partial months of service. If you purchase a yearly plan, no refund will be issued for the remainder of your subscription term.

  • You agree not to misuse the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • You must comply with the terms and policies of any social media platforms linked to our Service.

  • Our platform is in no way affiliated with any of the Brands listed on our platform, unless otherwise stated. 
  • Once re-directed to the Brands website, we have no control or liability on any communication or collaborations that may or may not arise.  

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or exploit our Service for commercial gain without permission.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Cancellation and Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

  • If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content and materials provided through our Service are owned by CREATORCOLLAB.CLUB or our licensors.

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
