1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

As a UK consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your subscription within 14 days of your initial purchase without giving any reason.

If you choose to cancel within this 14-day cooling-off period and have not accessed or used the digital content or services, you will be entitled to a full refund.

However, if you begin using the platform or access any digital content within the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you lose your right to a full refund as the service will have started with your consent.

2. Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period

Unless otherwise required by law, subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period has expired. This includes:

  • Monthly subscriptions – No refunds will be issued for partial months.

  • Annual subscriptions – No pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused months if cancelled partway through the year.

We do not offer refunds or credits for:

    • Unused services

    • Accidental purchases

    • Forgetting to cancel a subscription before the renewal date

3. Auto-Renewals and Cancellations

All subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop any future payments, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid unintended charges.

4. Technical Issues or Service Failures

If you experience technical issues that prevent access to the service and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be entitled to a partial or full refund, depending on the nature and duration of the issue.
